In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Prompt Renewables Private Limited (Prompt).

Prompt is a solar energy and electronics company serving residential customers, commercial establishments, and housing societies across Pune, Nashik, and Maharashtra. Our services include supply, installation, and after-sales support for rooftop solar systems, inverters, batteries, UPS systems, stabilizers, BLDC fans, water heaters, water purifiers, and home protection devices.

When you interact with our website or contact us, we may collect the following information:

• Full name
• Phone / WhatsApp number and email address
• Postal address or pin code (for site survey scheduling)
• Monthly electricity bill range and product enquiry details
• Messages you send through our forms
• A record of your consent to communicate with you on WhatsApp
• UTM / referral source data (how you found our website)
• Device type, browser, IP address and approximate location (through cookies and analytics tools, subject to your choices)

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and scheduling free site surveys
• Providing quotations for solar and electronics products

• You can stop at any time: reply “STOP” to any message or email admin@promptco.in. We honour every request and stop marketing messages.
• WhatsApp is provided by Meta; messages are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and policies.
• We never ask for Aadhaar, bank account or card numbers on WhatsApp.

Our website uses technologies such as the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads. If you accept cookies, third parties such as Meta and Google may collect or receive information about your visit through pixels, cookies and similar technologies, for example the pages you viewed and whether you submitted an enquiry form.

Enquiry and lead records are generally kept for up to 3 years after your last enquiry, unless longer retention is needed for warranty, accounting or legal obligations. After that they are deleted or anonymised.
