• Final: Remaining amount on installation completion and commissioning sign-off

Prompt is not liable for delays in government subsidy disbursements. Any subsidy received after the customer has made full payment will be transferred to the customer as per the agreed arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prompt Renewables Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
